The successful delivery of our first of two 30-liter vacuum cutters to IFF in Brabrand, Denmark,

It was a special moment for us. The customer's enthusiasm during commissioning and in direct operation was extraordinary. The positive feedback from the technical center immediately demonstrated that the KILIA 30-liter vacuum cutter perfectly meets the requirements of a modern technological development and testing facility. We are all the more pleased that IFF has decided to purchase two of these machines.

The KILIA 30-liter vacuum cutter was specifically designed for use in pilot plant environments, laboratory applications, product development, and small batch production. Despite its compact size, the machine offers a high level of technical features and process control. The frequency-controlled blade drive allows for precise adjustment of the blade speed to the specific product and the desired processing method. This enables the precise and reproducible execution of a wide variety of applications. This is complemented by finely tuned bowl and blade speeds, ensuring optimal balance between cutting performance, mixing, and product handling.

Another key component of the machine concept is the modern control system with its intuitive user interface. This allows for clear and user-friendly process control, which is particularly advantageous in the development phase. The cutter also features data logging for recipe recording and process monitoring. Relevant production and process data can thus be documented, tracked, and analyzed. Combined with the integrated recipe management system, product parameters can be securely stored, managed, and retrievably recalled as needed. This ensures high process reliability and supports consistent product quality.

Vacuum technology offers crucial technological advantages. Processing under vacuum significantly reduces air inclusions in the product. This improves binding, increases emulsion stability, and promotes a uniform, homogeneous product structure. Furthermore, the product's color effect can be enhanced, while simultaneously creating the technological prerequisites for consistent, high-quality product performance. This reproducibility is a significant advantage, especially in pilot plants where formulations are developed, compared, and optimized.

The KILIA 30-liter vacuum cutter is also optionally available with a hydraulic vacuum lid. This version further enhances ease of use and allows for safe and convenient opening and closing of the lid during daily operation. This is a particularly useful technical upgrade for frequent product changes and recurring test series.

With its high-quality workmanship, modern control technology, comprehensive monitoring and documentation functions, and proven vacuum technology, the KILIA 30-liter vacuum cutter represents a powerful solution for demanding pilot plant and development processes. The positive feedback from IFF confirms that this machine is convincing both technically and practically.

We would like to thank the entire IFF team.

Thank you for your trust and we look forward to continued cooperation. We wish you every success and the best results working with the new KILIA 30-liter vacuum cutters.
